Description

Knowmad Technologies has an opening for the right LAMP developer to join a dynamic, talented and fast-paced Open Source web development team on a contract-to-hire basis. Duties will include maintaining existing web sites, creating new web sites and developing web automation tools.

We are a growing web development agency located in Plaza-Midwood, just minutes away from Uptown Charlotte. As a member of our team, you will enjoy having a flexible schedule, working on a variety of projects, and going to lunch with a group of discerning foodies.

Musts:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to estimate time/effort
Knowledge or Perl/PHP
Object-oriented programming/design
Database design & SQL programming
LAMP experience
Knowledge of CVS, SVN or GIT version control
JavaScript/Perl/PHP programming
Unix/Linux experience
HTML/CSS Table-less markup skills

Bonus:
AGILE programming experience
Experience with WebGUI Framework, vBulletin or CS-Cart softwares
Mac or Linux User
